Shipping and Returns:

It is our goal at Hazel Maries to provide you the ultimate shopping experience. We call ourselves a life+style boutique because we want to be recognized not only for our clothing and style, but for the genuine care for our customers, going above and beyond. We want to do LIFE with you (not just business)! As a small yet growing business, we want to be responsible and fair to all yet need to protect ourselves (with policies) so that we can continue to grow and provide you with the ultimate experience! All items will be processed and shipped within 48 hours Monday-Thursday. All items ordered Friday-Sunday will be processed the following Monday. At this time, we ONLY ship within the United States. Our shipping rates are as follows:

*OVER $75 (before tax) =FREE SHIPPING


  • Hazel Maries is NOT responsible for LOST or STOLEN packages (we will be praying that this doesn’t happen for your sake!)
  • Please verify your address BEFORE completing your order.
  • Any damages to the items ordered due to postal services are NOT our liability. We will NOT be issuing store credit or exchanges for items damaged in shipping.
  • Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your items of any defects found NOT due to shipping. We will replace your item if available or issue STORE CREDIT (cost of item + tax + shipping fees) if the item is unavailable.


We WILL ACCEPT returns for items that do not fit the way you hoped, is the incorrect size, etc. We 100% inspect EVERY item that we receive from the manufacturer PRIOR to selling and again PRIOR to shipping. We hope that we catch the majority of manufacturer defects. However, some items, due to the nature of the fabric or fit, will naturally have what some may see as a flaw (a thread woven it to the fabric or other fabric inconsistencies, an exaggerated hip or waist, etc). We can not refuse every minor manufacturer inconsistency, but we do our VERY BEST at inspecting for rips, tears, holes, stains, etc PRIOR to selling/shipping. A unique fit is NOT a defect. That being said, we ARE human and may miss a defect. If we catch it prior to shipping but not prior to selling, we will refund you your money. If we miss it and you catch it, please let us know WITHIN 24 hours of receiving your package so that we can rectify asap!

RETURNS will be processed under these requirements:

  • You may return an item WITHIN 10 DAYS of receiving for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do NOT issue refunds to your original method of payment. Your store credit will be for the amount of your purchase plus tax (shipping costs will NOT be refunded). Your STORE CREDIT will NEVER expire.
  • Items must have original tags attached, NOT BE WORN, and contain no STAINS/ODORS/HAIR. Shoes and accessories MUST have original packaging/box.
  • Your return package must contain a copy of the receipt, email print out of order summary, or packing list.
  • Return shipping fees will be at the expense of the customer. We will not be sending a return label.
  • An item returned for another size (an exchange) will still be processed as a RETURN. Once processed, you may use your issued STORE CREDIT to re-purchase the correct size (you will have to pay shipping again provided shipping fees apply). We will NOT hold your size. You will have to wait to receive your store credit to re-purchase.

  • Item will be received at the above address and return item inspected/processed within 48 business hours of receiving the package.
  • A STORE CREDIT will be emailed in the form of a discount code within 48 hours if received Mon-Thurs (items received on Friday or Saturday will be processed Monday). Your STORE CREDIT (discount code) will include amount of item(s) purchased plus tax. Shipping fees and return shipping will NOT be refunded.
  • In the event an item (or items) returned does NOT meet the above requirements, you will be notified by email that your return was REJECTED. Within 3 days of receiving the email, you may respond if you would like the item shipped back at your expense.
  • Any items returned past the policy will NOT be processed and no store credit will be issued.
  • Hazel Maries is not responsible for any LOST or STOLEN return packages due to the postal service.
